為提供更加優質的旅行通訊服務，i-Sim現正專注升級網絡及添加覆蓋範圍。故由現時起，有需要暫時停止「i-Sim開心旅遊電話卡」港、澳、台相關服務。i-Sim卡服務暫停期間，用戶仍可正常瀏覽i-Sim App的內容及旅遊資訊啊! 凡使用不足6張「i-Sim開心旅遊電話卡」的會員，我們將安排退還入會年費或轉換優惠之申請，詳情將於五月底前發出電郵通知閣下。不便之處，敬請見諒及謝謝您們的支持！
i-Sim會繼續保留所有現時會員會籍至原定到期日，並計劃於本年第三季公佈 i-Sim開心會員升級服務，為各位會員帶來全新重大驚喜！如有查詢，請發送郵件至cs@greenisim.com，或致電客戶服務熱線(852) 3904 3111。謝謝!

Dear i-Sim Member,

In order to provide better travel telecommunication service, i-Sim is now focusing on upgrading the network and coverage, and hence temporarily stop i-Sim Card (HK-TW-MO) service from now on. During this period, users can still keep looking information from i-Sim APP.
Members who activated less than 6 i-Sim Cards (HK-TW-MO) can apply for membership fee refund or choose to convert the services. Please refer to our email which is going to be sent before end of May, 2016 for the details. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your support!
